WORK WITH TRUST-IT

A clear starting point.

Start with the question you need answered. Choose an initial engagement, see what to prepare and understand the result we will agree together.

01 / TRUST-IT

Security assessment

Understand the risks in a defined part of your environment and decide what to address first. A starting point for an upcoming launch, a customer review or an existing security concern.

What to prepare

  • The systems or applications you want reviewed and who owns them.
  • Your main concern, upcoming decision or deadline.
  • An overview of the environment; access is agreed during scoping.

What the engagement delivers

  • Findings with supporting evidence and an explanation of business impact.
  • Prioritised recommendations, including assumptions and limitations.
  • A review with your team and a proposed approach to remediation and retesting.

We first agree the assessment method, authorised targets, testing window and reporting recipients. Testing starts after the scope and permissions are confirmed.

02 / TRUST-IT

Confidential investigation scoping

Clarify a suspected incident, payment irregularity or other digital concern. Establish what needs to be answered and how relevant information can be handled responsibly.

What to prepare

  • A short timeline and the questions you need answered.
  • The types of accounts, devices or records that may be relevant.
  • The authorised contact and any involved legal or internal advisers.

What the engagement delivers

  • A defined investigation question and proposed evidence scope.
  • An initial plan for preservation, access and confidential communication.
  • Proposed phases, reporting arrangements and the limitations to consider.

The initial engagement defines a plan. Evidence acquisition and forensic analysis are separately scoped and authorised. For an active incident, call the team; agree a secure channel before sending evidence.

03 / TRUST-IT

AI discovery workshop

Choose a useful first AI application and define how to evaluate it. Work from a real workflow, such as document handling, internal knowledge search or repetitive administration.

What to prepare

  • One workflow you want to improve and the person responsible for it.
  • The tools and information sources involved, plus any access restrictions.
  • An estimate of current effort, common exceptions and the desired result.

What the engagement delivers

  • A workflow map and a shortlist of suitable AI or automation opportunities.
  • Data, integration and security requirements for the preferred approach.
  • A pilot brief with success measures, human oversight and go/no-go criteria.

We agree the participants and workshop scope first. A pilot or production implementation is proposed separately, with its own scope, responsibilities and cost. The workshop does not assume that AI is the right answer for every step.

Scope first. Clear expectations.

Duration, fees, availability and delivery arrangements depend on the agreed scope. We confirm them in a proposal before work begins. These starting points are available for discussion with individuals, family offices and organisations of any size.

If your need does not fit one of these options, describe it in your own words. We will help define the appropriate approach.
