Who is responsible

Information you provide
The contact form asks for your name, email, chosen topic and message. Company and telephone are optional. We use these details to understand your request, respond and, where appropriate, prepare a proposal. Please do not submit passwords, evidence files or sensitive personal data; contact us first to arrange a suitable channel.
How the form works
When direct submission is available, the form sends your enquiry to info@trust-it.gr through Cloudflare Email Service. Cloudflare Turnstile checks submissions for automated abuse; it processes technical information such as the IP address and browser information. Website requests also pass through the hosting provider. The form does not subscribe you to marketing, upload attachments or save your message in a website database. Email providers process and retain messages according to the mailbox configuration.
Why we process information
We handle requests relating to a proposed service in order to take the steps you request before a contract. We handle general business enquiries and protect the form against abuse on the basis of our legitimate interests in responding and maintaining a secure service. The privacy checkbox acknowledges this notice and your request for a response; it is not consent to advertising.
Access and retention
Access is limited to authorised staff and providers needed to host the website, protect the form and deliver or manage email. We retain enquiry correspondence for as long as needed to handle the request and follow-up, or for applicable contractual, legal and claims-related requirements. The relevant retention criteria depend on whether an enquiry becomes a client engagement. You can ask us about the period applying to your enquiry.
Your choices and rights
Depending on the circumstances, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction or portability of your personal data, or object to processing based on legitimate interests. Send requests to info@trust-it.gr. You may also complain to the Hellenic Data Protection Authority at www.dpa.gr. Some requests may be subject to legal exceptions.
Cookies and external services
Google Analytics (property G-QF7PJHFT1H) loads only if you allow optional analytics. We do not load Google tags before this choice. Analytics helps us understand usage and records a lead event after successful form submission; names, email addresses, telephone numbers and message contents are not included in that event. Advertising consent remains denied. You can change your choice through Cookie settings in the footer. We store the choice in your browser for 180 days; analytics cookies are configured for up to 180 days. This version does not include a marketing pixel or embedded chat. The language choice follows a normal link and does not store a preference. Images and fonts are served with the website. Turnstile is used for security when the form is enabled, with pre-clearance cookies disabled. Email, telephone and other external links open separate services. Cloudflare, Google and their service providers may process information outside the European Economic Area. Applicable provider terms and transfer safeguards govern that processing; contact us for details. No automated decision with legal or similarly significant effects is made through this form.
